My husband and I have lived on the fourth floor of Liberty Lofts for nearly four years now, and we are very happy that we moved here. Our loft is cozy and comfortable as well as being easy to take care of. It can be as casual or as shipshape as we feel like making it: some days we make it casual--with books and magazines spread all around, while other days we feel more orderly and have a place for everything with everything in its place. The grounds and the common areas at Liberty Lofts are all taken care of by professionals, so we have no worries about maintenance. When we are ready to travel, we just notify the newspaper and mail carrier, lock the door, and leave for our trip with no fuss at all.

The location of Liberty Lofts is ideal for us, with close proximity to the Farmers Market, Kerrytown, the Ann Arbor District Library, the Ann Arbor Y, the banks, the University of Michigan, the Stadium, and the coffee shops. If we want to take a stroll, we can choose either the green, leafy streets on the Old West Side with their quaint, diverse houses, or else our bustling, busy Main Street route with its numerous fine restaurants, quirky shops, and crowds of interesting people. And speaking of interesting people, our neighbors are comprised of folks who span a variety of ages (from babies to retirees) and a broad spectrum of occupations (from students to computer entrepreneurs to physicists to law and medical professors to designers to professional dance instructors and violinists). Needless to say, there is a constantly changing scenario of pleasant company in the elevator, in the mailbox area, and in the convenient indoor heated garage where our car is parked. We have everything we need and everything we want--living at Liberty Lofts.
