Edward Surovell Realtors Ranked 132Out of 500 Largest Brokers in the U.S.
In the current issues of two leading industry magazines,Edward Surovell Realtors was ranked as the nation’s 155th largest residential real estate company, as measured by the number of closed transaction sides reported in 2011. The two publications, Real Trends 500 and RIS Media’s “Power Broker Report”, are widely circulated within the real estate industry and their surveys are looked forward to as an annual Who’s Who of real estate.
According to Edward Surovell, the company’s founder and president, “The company sales reflected yet another solid year. Average sales prices went up, in all of the companies areas. Transactions per agents went up modestly, indicating continues growth in our markets. I am very proud of our rankings. Based on our figures for the first quarter,we look forward to continued modest growth in 2012. The current market is performing well, if it continues it will be the best real estate market we’ve had since 2005.”
